The Oakland Raiders are in a rebuilding stage for the franchise. The Raiders have finally removed Al Davis from the organization and is looking to get back to it winning ways. After aquiring Jay Culter from the Bears things could be moving in a better direction, even though Raiders are 0-2 early this season. only time will tell if this move is good for the Raiders.
