Hello, and welcome to SportsCenter Week 2, despite the fact this update was late, we assure you, we are trying our best here at Sportscenter to get you the quick info that you need. Now without further ado...
Not a lot of good games this week, in fact, only one was really close through Sportscenter, so this game was the nerve-racking game of the week, and it was the 0-1 Redskins taking on the 1-0 Colts away.
AT The Redskins started well, but its all about how you finish the game, the skins allowed 2 Touchdowns in the fourth, A. Bethea put it away with a Fumble recovery for a Touchdown. Lets continue that streak Colts, and those playoff hopes grow.
Next, the blow-out of the week was a Shut-out by the Ravens, yet again getting our vote, he played the 0-1 Bucs.
AT Its SupaB is having a nice looking year so far, appearing on the blow-out of the week twice, keep an eye on this ball-club, they may be on YOUR schedule.
Next on our list, we have our trades, only one trade this week, involving Cinci and Cleveland.
Bengals get:
Lee Boden
Mike Furrey
Antonio Bryant
Browns get:
Carson Palmer
Chris Henry
Better Deal: Discussion
When there is only a single trade for a week, Sportscenter likes to have an open discussion on the trade, who do you think won the trade people? Its your decision!
Note: Injuries from this week may contain injuries from Week 3 because of lateness, and injuries not recorded in this Sportscenter will be mentioned in week 3's Sportscenter.
Next, the major injuries this week are as followed:
Ryan Harris
Right Tackle
Torn Pectoral Muscle
Out for the Season
It hurts to lose a Lineman, because you just became weaker in every way, blitzes will come from that side to hurt your passing and running. Good luck getting through this injury Broncos, but another team was hurt worse.
Reggie Bush
Running Back
Broken Collarbone
9 weeks
Donavan McNabb
Quarterback
Torn Pectoral Muscle
Out for the Season
Eagles suffered some key injuries this week, including the loss of they're starting quarterback, Donavan McNabb, now Mike Vick or Kevin Kolb will step up for the quarterback position, its all up to the coach. And the big-time returner and 3DRB Reggie Bush will be out for 9 weeks, these injuries could seriously impact they're playing ability.
The minor injuries are as followed:
Adonis Malcolme, 4 Weeks
Chad Pennington, 1 Week
Taurean Barclay, 10 Weeks
Jason Hill, 6 Weeks
Jordan Gross, 1 Week
Ryan Lilja, 5 Weeks
